We need the following information in order for us to process a physically damaged drone as a warranty claim.
- The log files in the DJI GO 4 application on the phone / tab has to be synchronized.
DJI GO 4: Follow this link to see a video that shows how to sync the log files.
DJI Fly: Open the app, choose "Profile">"Settings">"Sync Flight Data">Turn on "Auto-sync" Flight Records. - Pilot DJI GO 4 / DJI Fly username and password. Username is the e-mail address used to log on to the DJI application.
- Date and time of incident, and exact description of what happened.
- Flight logs and video cache from the mobile / tablet that was used must be extracted:

If you use the DJI Fly app (Mavic Mini) you must choose the folder "dji.go.v5" instead of "dji.go.v4"

If you use the DJI Fly app (Mavic Mini) you must choose the app "DJI Fly" instead of "DJI GO 4" in iTunes.
If a Crystalsky was being used this needs to be sent to us together with the drone and we will extract the necessary files.
If this is not done we are not able to treat this as a warranty case.
